  1. 押出し加工で成形された半割円筒状の胴部３は頂部から
    雨下部１０．１０にむけて次第に肉厚を増し、かつ雨下
    端内側には熱交換器本体の外殻と係合する段部１１．　
    ｌ　１を備えるとともに、前記半割円筒状胴部の両端の
    半円形端板５，５はプレス加工で前記半割円筒状胴部と
    一体に形成されていることを特徴とする熱交換器用ヘッ
    ダー。
