    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 車室内に前記座席と後部座席が設けられ、後部座席の後
    方が積荷を収容する荷物室とされた自動車において、上
    記後部座席のシートバックが荷物室床面に重合自在とさ
    れ、この重合時に、後部座席のシートクッションよりも
    上方に突出して積荷の前部座席側への移動を阻止するス
    トッパーが設けられ、このストッパーは同上シートクッ
    ション下方へ収納自在とされたことを特徴とする自動車
    の積荷移動阻止装置。
