    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 位置制御される被制御体に作動部材を介して連結された
    ピストンを摺動自在にするシリンダと、該シリンダに移
    動自在に嵌合した外筒と、ピストンにより区画形成され
    るシリンダ両側の流体室に圧力流体を供給するための流
    体圧供給系と、シリンダと外筒に互いに交差するように
    配設された通孔と、これら通孔の連通により形成される
    流体排出口をシリンダ軸方向に変位可能にシリンダと外
    筒を相対移動させるようにした流体圧式位置制御装置。
