、また、駐車場の出庫口には、上記出庫許可時刻を記録
した駐車券を差込むと、記録されている出庫許可時刻と
現在時刻を照合し、現在時刻が出庫許可時刻内である場
合にのみ出庫口ゲートを開放して車輌の出庫を可能にす
る出庫管理機を設けて成る駐車場管理装置に於いて、上
記料金精算部を、ペナルティ料金の支払いを条件にして
所定の出庫許可証を発行する様に構成すると共に、上記
出庫管理機を、上記出庫許可証の差込によっても出庫ゲ
ートの開放を行なう様に構成したことを特徴とする駐車
場管理装置。
