  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 金属本体１と樹脂本体２とからなり、 樹脂本体２には接続すべき樹脂チューブｐを挿入接続す
    るためのコレット３、■シール４が内蔵され、ワンタッ
    チでコレット３が樹脂チューブｐを接続固定されるよう
    になっており、 一方、金属本体１のエアー流出ロアには固定片９により
    笠形シール５が流出ロア内周面に向けて広がるように取
    付けられ、 該固定片９の中空部への挿入深さが調節自在にニードル
    ６が挿入され、 かつ、笠形シール５は流出ロアに向けて末広状になって
    いるか、あるいは、ニードル６に向けて末広状になるよ
    うに取付けられている、ことを特徴とするエアーシリン
    ダー用速度調整器。
