Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シリンダチューブの両端にシリンダポートを設けたカバ
    ーを被着し、シリンダチューブ内にピストプロット上に
    取付けたピストンを摺動自在に挿嵌した流体圧シリンダ
    において、上記シリンダチューブの一端または両端にお
    ける上記カバーに、シリンダチューブ内のピストンで区
    画形成された室とシリンダポートとを結ぶ凹穴を軸線方
    向に穿設すると共に、シリンダチューブとの間に空気流
    路を形成する間隙をもたせた筒状のクッションスペーサ
    を該カバーと一体または別体に設け、該間隙をカバー内
    の絞り弁を経てシリンダポートに連通させ、ピストプロ
    ット上に、上記クッションスペーサの端部のクッション
    パツキンに接してその間をシールする外周面を有し、且
    つピストンに近い側にＶｌｌを有するクッションリング
    を設けたことを特徴とする緩衝機構付き流体圧シリンダ
    。
