、第４図は本考案による超音波距離測定装置の超音波受
信回路の構成図、第５図は第１図及び第４図で示される
本考案の超音波距離測定装置の各部の動作タイミングを
示す図、第６図、第７図、及び第８図は同調増幅回路例
の構成図である。 図面中、１は中央処理装置、２はロジック回路、３は超
音波発信回路、４ａは超音波受信回路、５は超音波発信
子、６は超音波受信子、８は増幅器、９はコンパレータ
、１０は波形整形回路、１１はトリが・ラッチ回路、１
２は同調増幅回路である。

Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）所定のタイミングで超音波を送受信し、超音波の
    反射波または透過波の受信時間幅により、測定対照物ま
    での距離を計測する超音波距離側・　定装置において、
    該超音波距離測定装置の超音波受信回路に、超音波受信
    波を選択的に増幅する同調増巾回路を設け、該同調増巾
    回路の出力と特定の参照電圧とをコンパレータで比較し
    て受信波の到達時点を検出するようにしたことを特徴と
    する超音波距離測定装置。
  2. （２）上記同調増巾回路が単同調増幅回路であることを
    特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の超音波
    距離測定装置。
  3. （３）上記同調増巾回路が複同調増幅回路であることを
    特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の超音波
    距離測定装置。
  4. （４）上記同調増巾回路がｎ段縦続接続形同調増幅回路
    であることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    記載の超音波距離測定装置。
