信回路の一実施例の構成図、第５図は第４図に示す受信
回路の絶対値回路の１例を示す構成図、第６図は第１図
及び第４図で示される本考案に係る回路の各部動作タイ
ミングを示す図である。 図面中、１は中央処理装置、２はロジック回路、３は超
音波発信回路、４ａは超音波受信回路、５は超音波発信
子、６は超音波受信子、７はアクティブバンドパスフィ
ルタ、８は増幅器、９はコンパレータ、１０は波形整形
回路、１１はトリガ・ラッチ回路、１２は絶対値回路で
ある。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 所定のタイミングで超音波を送受信し、超音波の反射波
    または透過波の受信時間幅により、測定対象物までの距
    離を計測する超音波距離測定装置において、超音波受信
    回路に、受信波を全波整流する絶対値回路と、該絶対値
    回路の出力を特定の参照電圧と比較して受信波の到達時
    点を判定するコンパレータとを設けたことを特徴とする
    超音波距離測定装置。
