Claims (1)

ブの軸方向に削設された貫通孔と、先端に被測定物と接
触する接触子を有し前記貫通孔に遊挿されて設けられた
ロッドと、両端部が前記プローブの基部に固定され中央
部が前記ロッドの端部に固定されるとともに該中央部か
らプローブ軸に対し直角方向に対称な位置で切欠が形成
されプローブの基部とロッドの端部とに段差を設けて取
付けられた板バネとを備え、この板バネにより該接触子
を常に前記移動台側に引き戻すようにプリロードをかけ
て付勢して成ることを特徴とする工作機械の接触形計測
