通じる油室14と油給排側に通じる油室15とを遮断す
るよう常時スプリング6で付勢した中空のスプール弁5
と、このスプール弁5の一方側に当接してシート部10
を形成し、油室14と油室15とを遮断する方向にスプ
リング11で・ 付勢され、油室15の圧油によりこの
