Reference numeral 16 denotes a reverse pulling/retracting motor, 43 a pulley, 44 a round belt, and 16 a foil guide roller, and these parts form the foil reverse pulling part 13. Reverse tension main shaft 3
6, the original fabric 14 is fixed by the original fabric holders 33 and 34, a friction plate 38 is attached to this main shaft 36, and a clutch 40.6 is connected by a spring 42. Clutch plate 39. Both pulleys 41 are pressed against the friction plate 38, and the rotational torque of the reverse tension main shaft 36 is increased or decreased by adjusting the spring pressure. When the reverse tension motor 16 rotates in the direction of arrow H, the clutch plate 39 rotates in the direction of arrow 1 due to the round bell (44Vc). 36 also tries to rotate in the direction of the arrow. However, the winding direction of the woman is one foil winding section 17.
The upper part of the product 10 is wound in the direction of the arrow,
Since the rotation direction of the reverse tension main shaft 360 is in the direction of the arrow, the foil is constantly pulled in tension both in the L direction and in the direction of the amount of reflection, and at this time, the clutch The contact surface between the plate 39 and the friction 1ii38 may slip. In reality, the winding direction in the L direction is only used when hot stamping.

Heat from the heater 7 is reflected by the protective cover 8 and applied to the surface of the heating roller 6, and the heating roller 6 is constantly rotating in the direction of arrow G. This heating roller cIt-Table i is made of silicone rubber with a rubber hardness of about 60 to 80, and the optimal surface temperature of the contact part with a product is in the range of about 175 to 216"C. The tensioning part always rotates in the direction of the arrow to give a constant tension to the foil, and the foil wrapping part is waiting at the top, and this foil tension causes the roller 24 to rotate around the pin 22 and the lever 23 and the roller. 24 until it balances with the self 71. The motor of the winding section is stopped. This is the state shown in FIG. 6(a) before hot stamping.

Fig. 5(b) In the foil wrapping state shown in K, the heating roller 6 is still rotating and waiting at the top, the winding section is also stopped, and the reverse tension section of the foil is rotating in the cutting direction. At this time, when the roller 27 descends in the direction of arrow P, the foil 28 is wrapped around the entrance side of the product 10 at a wrapping angle of approximately T0, and due to the effect of the foil tension, The roller 24 also comes down while being pushed in the direction of the arrow Q by using the bottle 22 as a hammer. Even at this time, there are no walnuts in the foil, and the foil ends up wrapping around areas on the outer peripheral surface of the product 1o where hot stamping is not yet completed. The best effect can be obtained if the winding angle T0 is at least 46° or more, but if the winding angle is 90' to 180° or more, the winding angle T0 may be affected by the position of the winding cylinder 26 and the position of the web 14. The angle of entry is not easy, and although an angle of 45° or more is not a problem with hot-stamping soil, the most effective angle is in the range of about 46° to 1200°.

The foil winding section, the foil reverse tension section, and the wide wrapping section are in the same state as in FIG. At the same time as the product 10 begins to come into close contact with the product 10 under pressure, the product 1° is held rotatably, so the rotational force of the heating roller 6 is transmitted and the product 1° begins to rotate in the direction of the arrow S. Of course, at this time, the foil begins to be transferred onto the outer peripheral surface of the product 10. As the product 10 is hot-stamped, the streaks 29 after hot-stamping are rolled up by the rotation of the winding unit in the M direction, and the product 10, the heating roller 6, and the foil 28 are pressed into close contact with each other by the lowering of the pressure unit. At the same time as hot stamping starts, the winding motor also starts rotating, so the foil 29 after stamping continues to be wound one round, so the lightweight roller 24. The foil guide part made up of the lever 23 also moves down in the Q direction more and more to the foil 29.

The circumferential speed of the so-called hot stamping surface on the outer peripheral surface of the product is set to be slightly faster than the foil layer speed of the first winding section due to the pressurized contact between the heating roller 6 and the product 10, thereby forcing the foil itself during hot stamping. This prevents tearing of the foil and slippage between the foil and the product on the stamp surface by stretching, allowing hot stamping to be performed without disturbing the aesthetic appearance.

While hot stamping in this way, the foil 28 is placed on the product 1.
0 While applying strong tension to the so-called foil entry direction side of the outer periphery, which is not hot-stamped, hold it tightly.
To wrap and hot stamp, product 1o
Such tension was also applied to the pressurized contact area between the product 10 and the heating roller 6. Hot stamping was carried out one after another on the outer circumferential surface of the product 10. In the turntable of this embodiment, the outer circumferential surface was a tapered surface. However, since the tension from wrapping was still applied, it was possible to hot stamp with no wrinkles at all.

By the way, when the wrapping cylinder 26 is not used to wrap the thread around the outer periphery of the product 10, even if air is drawn in and the foil is under tension, the foil does not follow any guide material and immediately enters the pressurized contact area. This is largely due to the fact that the outer circumferential surface of the product was used as a guide for the entry of the foil due to the foil wrapping K, which caused wrinkles due to the shuffling.

The heating roller 6 is also formed with a tapered surface 48 having the same inclination angle as the tapered surface 47 of the product 10, so that the product surface and the heating roller surface are accurately brought into close contact, and hot stamping with excellent appearance can be performed because the gaps are hot. It will be done.

Note that when the hot stamp completes one rotation around the outer periphery of product 1Q, the foil wrapping section and the pressing section (including the heating roller) rise and the foil winding section also stops rotating. Returning to a), only the heating roller 6 and the foil reverse drawing part continue to rotate. Since a reverse tension force is also applied to the foil, it is re-formed to a constant tension between the wrapping roller 27 and the roller 240 of the R6 guide section, and waits for the next product.

Effects of the Invention As detailed above, the present invention holds a disc-shaped product rotatably around its axis, and forms a generatrix shape at a contact portion with the product, facing a predetermined stamp surface of the product. While rotating a heating roller that has the same shape as the curved surface on the outer periphery of the product, before hot stamping, a stamp foil stretched with a predetermined tension is placed between the product and the heating roller. Wrap the product around the entrance side of the runner, and in the state of wrapping once, press the stamp foil into close contact with the predetermined stamp of the product using the heating roller, and apply a hot stamp to the curved surface of the outer circumference of the foot in one place. By applying this method, it is possible to produce hot stamps with no appearance defects such as wrinkles, and it is possible to realize a hot stamping method and apparatus that can achieve the effect of not only improving the appearance of the product but also enabling hot stamping on complex curved surfaces. It is something.
