Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）弁本体の一端部にホルダを介し作動圧導入管を接
    続し、上記弁本体の他端部に弁座を設け、この弁座に弁
    体保持体によって保持された弁体を接離自在に対向させ
    、この弁体によって弁本体内での連通を選択的に遮断さ
    れる流体の流入管および流出管を弁本体に接続し、上記
    ホルダに開口端部を接続してなるベローズの先端部を弁
    体保持体に当接するとともに、上記弁座の外周部と弁体
    保持体との間に圧縮スプリングを設け、この圧縮スプリ
    ングによって弁体保持体を常にベローズに圧接したこと
    を特徴とする弁装置。
  2. （２）弁体保持体は、弁本体の内側面に摺動自在に嵌合
    するガイド部をホルダの近傍まで突設シテなることを特
    徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の弁装置。
