図はこの考案の圧縮機の吐出弁装置の一実施例を示す構
成断面−、第3図はこの考案の圧縮機の吐出弁装置の他
の実施例を示す構成断面図、第4図はこの考案の圧縮機
の吐出弁装置の騒音効果を比較分析したグラフ図を示し
ている。
図において、1は吐出口、1aはハウジング、2は吐出
弁座、3は吐出弁押え、4は吐出弁、5は凹部、6は段
差である。なお、図中同一あるいは相当部分には同一符
号を付して示しである。

実用新案登録請求の範囲を次のように補正する。
■実用新案登録請求の範囲
(1)圧縮室と連通ずる吐出口を有するハウジング壁と
、上記吐出口の吐出側周縁部に、上記ハウジング壁と一
体に突出成形され断面形状が曲率を有する吐出弁座と、
上記吐出弁座に着座し上記圧縮室の圧力差に応じて上記
吐出口の開閉動作を行う吐出弁とから構成される圧縮機
の吐出弁装置において、吐出口径と吐出弁座のシート部
頂点径との比を1.5倍以上にするとともに、吐出弁座
が吐出弁と接触する位置より外側に典率面を有し、かつ
吐出弁座のほぼ突部頂点の内側に段差を形成したことを
特徴とする圧縮機の吐出弁装置。
(2)吐出弁座は、吐出弁座の段差位置から吐出口側に
口って略円すい の凹部が形 されていることを特徴と
