Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

In a device in which a tire flam is provided between a high pressure chamber side casing and a low pressure chamber side casing, and an elastic body is provided between the low pressure chamber side casing and a diaphragm, a bead is provided on the high pressure chamber side of the diaphragm, and a bead is provided on the high pressure chamber side of the diaphragm. A diaphragm device characterized in that a bead is provided with a tongue piece, and the tongue piece is brought into pressure contact with the groove wall surface while the bead is fitted into a groove formed in the high pressure chamber side casing.
