Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 排気ブレーキ作動時にエンジンの排気通路を閉塞するス
    ライド式シャッタを有し、そのシャッタはリーク孔を備
    えている排気ブレーキ装置において、エンジン回転数検
    出手段と、該エンジン回転数検出手段を介して検出され
    たエンジン回転数が所定値以下のとき前記リーク孔を閉
    塞する閉塞体と、その閉塞体を往復駆動する駆動装置と
    を具備することを特徴とする排気ブレーキ装置。
