A two-wheeled motor vehicle is provided with a power unit at the rear of the vehicle body in which an engine and a transmission device for transmitting the output of the engine to the rear wheels are combined into two units, and a main stand is disposed at the lower center of the vehicle body. The front part is connected to the vehicle body frame via a link, and the rear part of the power unit is connected to the vehicle body frame via a shock absorber, so that the power unit is suspended on the vehicle body frame so as to be able to swing vertically. The stand bracket that supports the stand has a pair of left and right side wall plates that protrude from the lower center of the vehicle body frame toward the rear of the vehicle body and extend to the front lower part of the power unit, and supports the main stand at the rear end of the side wall plates.
