BACKGROUND ART Traditionally, surgical scalpels made of materials such as steel or stainless steel and having various blade shapes and sharp blades have been widely used. However, since such surgical operations using a scalpel incise living tissue, the incision is distributed throughout the tissue. In particular, cutting of capillaries cannot be avoided.

For this reason, many severed capillaries constantly bleed, which not only reduces the amount of blood in the body, but also
It accumulates in the incision where the surgery is to be performed, making it impossible to make further incisions while keeping an eye on the incision, which is especially critical when performing a delicate surgery that requires high precision. This will cause trouble. Therefore, bleeding during surgery must be frequently wiped away with an absorbent material such as a wet sponge or gauze, which requires an assistant to wipe up the bleeding in addition to the surgeon, and the surgical procedure must be frequently interrupted. , resulting in a hindrance to the rapid progress of the surgery. Therefore, for the purpose of hemostasis, heating using an electric wire heater or a device such as a cautery device (cautery) that is pressed against an incision in a living body to achieve a hemostasis effect may be used. However, such instruments are used to stop bleeding by pressing against the cut surface immediately after cutting with a scalpel, so although they have the advantage of being able to coagulate and stop bleeding in relatively large blood vessels, they do not stop bleeding separately from the act of cutting. It is extremely troublesome, as it requires a lot of effort, and there is a risk of excessive cauterization of the tissue.

Therefore, in order to eliminate the above-mentioned inconveniences, a scalpel having both a cutting action and a hemostasis action is used when performing surgery. One type of scalpel is a high-frequency discharge electric scalpel, which coagulates blood and stops bleeding at the same time as cutting using the heat generated by the spark discharge of high-frequency current, and a heating device (heater) on the side of the blade member made of a metal plate. There is a heated scalpel that uses a heated blade to cut living tissue and destroy capillaries with heat to stop bleeding. However, among the above, in the discharge type scalpel, the metal scalpel itself constitutes one electrode, and the living body to be incised constitutes the other electrode, and the cutting is done by heat based on the discharge between the two electrodes. If the potential distribution is not uniform, the cutting characteristics will not be constant, and the cutting depth will change significantly depending on the moving speed (cutting speed) when operating the scalpel. Not suitable for surgery. Moreover, the electric discharge type electric scalpel has disadvantages such as a significant delay in healing and healing of cut wounds in living tissue that is scorched and damaged due to thermal cutting (burning) caused by electrical discharge.

On the other hand, the electric heater attached to the metal blade member
A scalpel that heats the blade to 0~500℃ to cut living tissue uses the shearing force that acts on the blade to cut, and the heat generated by the blade's contact destroys blood vessels and brings about a hemostasis effect, so it cuts finely. Although it is relatively difficult to use for partial surgery, the metal blade member costs 200 to 500 yen during surgery.
Since the blade is heated to a temperature of about 1000 m, the hardness of the blade softens and its cutting characteristics tend to deteriorate. However, because the electrical heating means, that is, the heating resistor that generates Joule heat, is embedded in an insulator such as ceramic and attached to the side of the metal plate that is the blade member, the heating resistor generates Joule heat. The generated heat is transmitted to the blade member, and therefore, when the blade comes into contact with living tissue, the temperature drops rapidly and does not provide sufficient hemostasis. Because it has a structure in which the blade is buried, the overall thickness is large, and the blade width cannot be made large, so it is not possible to obtain a device that can deeply cut into living tissue.

Further, since the blade member is made of metal, some of the cut pieces of living tissue such as pieces of meat coagulate, remain attached and difficult to remove, and are easily oxidized and rust, resulting in poor sharpness as a scalpel. In addition, there were many other inconveniences, such as the complicated structure, poor productivity, and the relatively expensive heated scalpel, which prevented it from becoming widely used.

In view of the drawbacks of conventional scalpels with a hemostatic effect as described above, the present invention has a hemostasis effect by heating equivalent to that of a heated scalpel, has a replaceable blade member, and has a metal or single crystal knife. Blade members made of any material such as alumina can be heated and used, and there is no need to attach a heating element to the blade UNI jA itself, so you can freely change the shape to suit the situation. It is an object of the present invention to provide a heating type holder for a blade member that can constitute a scalpel having many advantages such as allowing the blade member to be used disposablely.

以下、本発明実施例を図によって8゛C述する。Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of a heating type holder H1 according to the present invention, which has a "scissors" shape in which a first member 1 and a second part 2 intersect at a fulcrum 3, with a clamping part 1a at the tip thereof, A blade member 13 is held between the two parts 2a, and a plate-shaped ceramic heater 3 is attached to the inner surface of the holding part 1a by means of brazing or the like. is energized by a conductive wire 4 inserted through the first member 1 to generate heat. In addition, lb and 2b are the grip portions of the second part of the first member l, and these grip portions 1
Elasticity is applied between b and 2b, and the end 2c of the grip part 2 is connected to the locking mechanism 1 provided on the other grip part 1b.
By engaging with c, the blade member B is stably held between the holding parts 1a and 2a as shown in FIG.

In the above-described "scissors" shaped holder, the blade member B is held between the holding parts 1a and 2a, but in this case, one side of the ceramic heater 3 attached to the inner surface of the holding part 1a is attached to the blade part. +, J' Since the ceramic heater 3 is in contact with B, the heat from the ceramic heater 3 is electrically heated to the blade part JfAB, and the blade member B can be heated to a predetermined temperature. By performing surgery with the configured scalpel, it is possible to effectively stop the blood coming out of the incision in the living body.

The ceramic heater 3 has a heating resistor embedded in a ceramic body such as alumina, and has excellent electrical insulation properties, airtightness, and excellent temperature rise properties. The heating temperature of the blade member B can be controlled by adjusting the current flowing through the conductor 4 to the ceramic heater 3.

In this case, depending on the size of the object to be cut and the situation, it is necessary to adjust the amount of heat generated, that is, the heating temperature of the blade + 1B, which varies depending on the area to be operated on. For example, in the field of ophthalmology and neurosurgery, It is necessary to heat the blade member B to about 300° C. when used in a surgical field where internal organs are to be incised.

In addition, by releasing the locking mechanism IC, it is extremely easy to replace the clamped blade part + AB with a new blade member, a different blade shape, or various blade members such as single crystal alumina or metal. Can be used interchangeably.

Next, as shown in the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, an open cavity 5 with one side formed by the ceramic heater 3 is provided at the tip m11 of the rod-shaped boulder II, and a blade portion 4A'B is attached to the ceramic heater 3. Boulder I-1 has a structure in which the bullet body 6 is placed in pressure contact with the ceramic heater 3, and the blade member 13 can be freely inserted and removed between one surface of the ceramic heater 3 and the bullet body 6. It may also be configured with a heated scalpel.
