  1. リヤシートの後方に荷物室を有する自動車であって、前
    記リヤシートが左右分割形であり、座部並ひに背もたれ
    を前方に折りたたんだききに前記荷物室の一部を拡大す
    るものにおいて、前記左右の座席の一方の背もたれと他
    方の座席の座部又は背もたれに、座部並びに背もたれを
    折りたたんだときに荷物室との仕切を形成する索帯を張
    設したことを特徴とする自動車のりャシート装置。
