例を示し第２図は鉄板ケースで囲撓したプラグれんがの
周囲を不定形耐火物で所定形状を形成し一体化した物の
縦断面図、第３図は事前に組合せたプラグれんがとスリ
ーブれんがの周囲を、不定形耐火物で所定形状を形成し
一体化した物の縦断面図、第４図はプラグれんがの外周
と底部を、吊り下げ可能な孔を有する鉄板ケース及びガ
ス供給管を有する鉄板ケースで囲撓した物の縦断面図、
第５図は吊り下げ用孔部の部分詳細図、第６図はプラグ
れんがの周囲に不定形耐火物で所定形状を形成する際の
状態縦断図。中、１は溶融金属容器、２はプラグれんが、３はマスれ

Claims

A plug brick 2 whose outer periphery is surrounded by an iron plate case 8 having a hole 7 through which it can be hung, and whose bottom part is surrounded by an iron plate case 9 having a gas supply pipe 6, is surrounded by a predetermined shape using a monolithic refractory 10. A refractory for gas injection characterized by forming a shape and integrating it before construction.
