するヒューム管の各接合部に多数のブロックを嫉入せし
めて各接合部間での外れを防止出来る様にしたヒューム
管の接合構造に関するものである。

箇所に埋設せしめた場合等は地盤の緩みによって各後合
部が容易に外れてしまう結果となっていた。

せんとしたものにして、以下本発明実施の一例を図面に
基いて説明すると、1はヒューム管であって、該ヒュー
ム管1の一端外周に溝2を形成せしめ、他端は他のヒュ
ーム管1′の先端部を鉄入出来る様に大径にしてその内
周には他のヒューム管1との接合部3における接合固定
用に溝4を有する接合段部5と、該接合段部5の手前位
置に接合されたヒューム管1′の取り替え時に利用する
取り替え用段部6を形成せしめている。

ラ原料を利用すれば経済的である。次にかかるヒューム
管1,1′・・・…の接合状態を説明すると、先ずヒュ
ーム管1の接合部3内周の接合段部5に枕ブロック8を
隊入せしめ、次いで接合すべき他のヒューム管1′の先
端部を前記枕ブロック8の内周に鉄入する様にして接合
部3内に挿入し、しかる後援合段部5とヒューム管1′
の先端外周の上部半周の間隙からブロック体9,9′・
・・・・・を順次挿入すると共に接合段部5に鉄入させ
ながら積み重ね、最後の1箇所の間隙にはブロック体9
,9′・・…・の形状にては挿入出来ないので、第5図
に図示する様に外形は他のブロック体9,9′・・・・
・・と同形状であるが、挿入時に突部11が邪魔になら
ぬ様に中央部に切欠部13を形成して上下の押圧によっ
て縦方向に収縮出来るかしめブロック14を用意して、
これを挿入、しかる後切欠部13に酸15を鉄入するこ
とによつて固定せしめるのである。

で、破損したヒューム管1の取り替え時には接合部材7
を外した後一方のヒューム管1に対し取り替えるべきヒ
ューム管1′の先端部を取り替え用段部6内に移動せし
めることにより取り替えるべきヒューム管1′他端の接
合部3′の接合状態を解除せしめることが出来、よって
取り替え作業に当たっては破損したヒューム管1′の部
分の掘り起こし作業のみで該ヒューム管1′の前後に接
合された他のヒューム管1は何ら位置をずらしたりする
等の作業を要せず、取り替え作業を能率良く簡易に行わ
しめることが出来、又前後のヒューム管1,1′を接合
せしめた状態で形成される一方のヒューム管1の接合段
部5の内周と他方のヒューム管1′の先端部との間の間
隙に対応する中及び長さを有すると共に前記溝2,4に
鉄合する突部l0,11,11′・・…・を有する接合
部材7を設け、該接合部村7は下部略半周の枕ブロック
8と上部略半周の多数に分割されたブロック体9,9′
…・・・にて構成せしめたので、前後のヒューム管1,
1′の接合に当り接合部3に順次枕ブロック8と突部1
0,11,11′・・・・・・を鉄入せしめることによ
り溝2,4に対する突部10,11,11′・・・・・
・の鉄合作用によって前後のヒューム管1,1′を確実
に接合せしめることが出来、よって各接合部3,3′・
・・・・・間における水密性の保持、震動若しくは地盤
の緩み等による接合部の外れ防止、埋設工事の容易性、
破損箇所の取り替え作業の容易性等種々の効果を奏せし
めることが出来、又接合部材7を合成樹脂製にすれば耐
久性が向上し、長年の使用にても接合部材7の劣化がな
く、又農地での使用に際しても金属製のものの様に土壌
を汚染する様なことがない等その実用的効果甚だ大なる
ものである。

割されたブロツク体にて構成せしめたことを特徴とする
