を行なう厚膜抵抗体に於いて、前記電極の一方を抵抗体
パターンの幅方向の端縁が位置する第１電極部と、上記
パターンの長さ方向の側縁の少なくとも一部が位置する
第２電極部とに分割して形成し、前記抵抗体パターンに
対して前記第２電極部との近接部分が不感帯領域になる
