連結する連結管１５とからなるスチーム発生器４と、上
記補助水タンク１４内に設けられた水位検知器１８と、
これと連動した水位検知制御装置１９と警告器１１とヒ
ーター制御装置２０およびスチーム操作スイッチ７とを
備えたスチームオーブンにおいて、上記ボイラー１０内
の水位の低下を補助水タンク１４内に設けた水位検知器
１８により検知し、即座に警告器１１で警告すると共に
ヒーター制御装置２０内に設けられた遅延回路２１によ
り上記警告器１１で警告後、所定時間後にスチームヒー
ター１７のパワーを低Ｍするようにしたことを特徴とす
