補助水タンク１３内に設けられた水位検知器１８と、こ
れと連通した水位検知制御装置１９と警告器１０とヒー
ター制御装置２０゜およびスチーム操作スイッチ７とを
備えたスチーム発生機能付食品加熱装置において、上記
ボイラー１４内の水位の低下を上記補助水タンク１３内
に設けた水位検知器１８により検知し、警告器１０を作
動させると同時に、ボイラー１４内に設けられたスチー
ムヒーター１７のパワーを低減スるようにしたことを特
