Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an electrode head enabling a high resolution image by fixing a long and thin electric conductor on a fixing material containing hexagonal boron nitride by burying or lamination so as to expose the tip thereof. CONSTITUTION:A stripe-shaped electric conductor 31 is fixed on a molding 32 obtained by mixing and hardening a thermosetting resin and hexagonal boron nitride by lamination or burying. The electrode head preferably uses the molding with the content of hexagonal boron nitride powder of 20-90wt%, preferably 40-80wt% as fixing material. This allows a thin electrode and provides an electrode head of a long life with a high resolution.

Conventionally, recording devices have been manufactured using various methods. A recording device using a discharge breakdown recording paper consists of a vapor deposited aluminum layer, a black layer, and a base paper layer. The vapor deposited aluminum layer of the discharge breakdown recording paper is grounded, and an electrode to which a voltage is applied is brought into contact with this vapor deposited aluminum layer. The vapor-deposited aluminum is removed by heating or discharge destruction to expose the underlying black layer and recording is performed. Therefore, in order to perform good writing, the writing electrodes are made so that the electrode needles 11 are exposed to ensure reliable contact as shown in FIG. 1A. Here, 12 is a fixing material made of resin, and 13 is a lead. In the case shown in Figure 1B, where the electrode needle 14 is buried in resin and the electrode button is not exposed (protruding), the area around the electrode needle 14 is destroyed by heat, and dust generated during recording accumulates there, damaging the insulation between the electrodes and making them unusable. I can't write anything. For this reason, the protruding electrode needles had to be made of a strong material, and a thick and hard material had to be used, making it difficult to create multiple needles.

Margin table 2 below. h-BN content and electrode head evaluation Table 2 shows the printing quality, dust resistance, hardness, flame retardancy,
Processability was evaluated using the same evaluation method as in Example 11. As is clear from Table 2, when the content of hexagonal boron nitride is 10% by weight or less, the area around the electrode is destroyed as described in the conventional example.
If dust generated during recording accumulates there, and the insulation between the electrodes is damaged, or the electrodes become deformed or disconnected, and if the weight exceeds 95%, it cannot be maintained as a molded body and should not be evaluated as an electrode head. I couldn't do it.

From the above, the content of hexagonal boron nitride powder is 20
An electrode head using ~90% by weight of the molded body as the fixing material is good, but more preferably an electrode head using 40~80% by weight of the molded body as the fixing material exhibits a greater effect. As described above, electrical conductor wires are embedded in a sintered body containing hexagonal boron nitride, and the electrical conductor is laminated on a molded body made of a mixture of thermosetting resin and orthogonal boron nitride to form a desired electrode pattern. I mentioned the formed electrode head,
The electrode head is not limited to these, and any hexagonal nitride water electrode head may be used.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above explanation, the present invention comprises an elongated electrical conductor and a fixing material containing hexagonal boron nitride,
The electric conductor is embedded in the fixing material or fixed in a laminated manner, and the tip of the electric conductor is exposed, so that the area around the electric conductor is not destroyed and dust generated during recording does not adhere. , the printing quality is excellent because the recording paper is not scratched even if it is pressed against the recording paper and moved. In addition, conventionally, the lifespan was determined by the length of the protruding electrode needle, and as the phase electrode needle becomes thinner for high resolution, the protruding electrode needle cannot be maintained unless the protruding amount of the electrode needle is shortened. However, in the electrode head of the present invention, the electrodes do not need to protrude and are buried or laminated in the fixing material, so the electrodes can be thin and the length of the electrodes can be reduced. Moreover, since the electrode head can be freely selected, it is possible to obtain an electrode head with high resolution and long life.
