Claims (1)
- モータにより駆動され圧力流体を吐出するポンプと、該
ポンプの吐出する圧力流体の作用によりステアリングホ
イールへ加えられる操舵力を増大して操向車輪へ伝達す
るアクチュエータと、前記ステアリングホイールの操舵
を検出する操舵検出手段と、該操舵検出手段の出力信号
に基づいて前記ステアリングホイールが操舵された時の
み前記モータを通電する駆動手段と′、を備えた車両用
パワーステアリング装置において、車両搭載エンジンの
起動時を検出するエンジン起動時検出手段と、該エンジ
ン起動時検出手段および前記操舵検出手段の出力信号に
基づいて前記エンジンの起動時から前記ステアリングホ
イールが最初に操舵される時まで駆動信号を出力する運
転保持手段と、を設け、前記駆動手段が、前記運転保持
手段の駆動信号に基づいてエンジンの起動時からステア
リングホイールが最初に操舵される時まで前記モータを
通電することを特徴とする車両用パワーステアリング装
置。
