平葺構造の傾斜屋根部を有する建築ユニットとを、該折
板構造の水平屋根部における突条部の方向と該立平葺構
造の傾斜屋根部における立はぜの方向とを同一方向にし
て隣接設置し、異種形状の上記屋根部間を屋根棟部とな
した工業化生産住宅における該屋根棟部の構造であって
、上記折板構造の水平屋根部に棟包み板係止突起部を上
記屋根部間に沿って設ける一方、上記立平葺構造の傾斜
屋根部に棟包み板載置画定部を上記屋根部間に沿って突
設し、−縁部の下側内側に係止部を又他線部に垂下部を
有し上記屋根部間を被覆する棟包み板を、該係止部を上
記棟包み板係止突起部に係止させ且つ該垂下部を上記棟
包み板装置固定部の外側に位置させて固定したことを特
