と、前記第２基準電圧に応じて前記テープデツキの他方
のテープ走行速度を制御する第２速度制御手段と、前記
双方のテープデツキの作動時には前記第１基準電圧を前
記第２速度制御手段に前記第２基準電圧として供給する
電圧中継手段とを含むことを特徴とするダブルテープデ
