号及びライン後段の電動機の検出速度信号を入力とし、
かつ前記比率設定器の出力をリミット値可変信号とする
リミッタ付ＰＩ動作の演算増幅器をライン後段の電動機
の電流設定部に設け、その電流指令の出力に際し、ライ
ン後段の電動機の速度が速度ｉ設定値以上に上昇したと
きリミッタ動作から解放させるようにしたことを特徴と
