Abstract

PURPOSE:To form a rubber lining of uniform thickness efficiently in a short time by a method wherein a rubber lining material is inserted into and pressure-bonded on the inner surface of a piping in the installed state, and then a rubber lining adaptor is inserted and pressure-bonded thereon. CONSTITUTION:A bonding agent is applied on the inner surface of a piping 1 in the installed state, and then a rubber lining material 2 is inserted into the piping 1 from the direction of an arrow 6 and fitted therein. Next, closing members 3 and 4 are fitted on the opposite ends of the piping 1 with flanges 1a provided on said ends, and a pressure fluid is charged in the piping from a pressure pipe 3a so as to fit the rubber lining material 2 on the inner surface of the piping 1 by pressure-bonding. Then, a rubber lining adaptor 5 is pressure-bonded on the remaining part of the inner surface of the piping 1 by the same operation so that the inner peripheral surface of the joining part of the rubber lining material 2 and the rubber lining adaptor 5 are formed to be flush with each other. Thereby a rubber lining of uniform thickness is formed through the full length of the inner surface of the piping 1.

Pipes through which seawater passes through nuclear and thermal power plants are lined with rubber on the inside to prevent corrosion.
Conventional rubber lining on the inner surface of pipes is installed at the rubber lining manufacturer's factory. If a problem such as peeling of the rubber lining occurs for some reason after the pipe is inspected, the pipe is taken back to the rubber lining factory and repaired using the factory's rubber lining construction equipment. It is common for there to be. Therefore, in the past, not only did it take a lot of time to install repaired piping for on-site restoration, but also piping was difficult to remove, such as buried piping or piping at the piping penetration of the reactor containment vessel. In this case, there was a problem in that the rubber lining could not be repaired.

In the case of piping that is difficult to remove, this method was proposed with the aim of providing a method of constructing rubber lining on the inner surface of the piping, making it possible to supplement the rubber lining at the piping installation site. To attach the rubber lining to the inner surface of the piping, first use the rubber lining material and a rubber lining adapter to press the rubber lining material under pressure to a part of the inner surface of the piping, and then attach the rubber lining to the inner surface of the piping. The adapter is crimped to the rest of the inner surface of the piping under pressure so that the inner circumferential surfaces of the joint between the rubber lining and the rubber lining adapter are flush with each other, thereby extending the entire length of the inner surface of the piping. ,
The present invention relates to a method of applying rubber lining to the inner surface of a pipe, which is characterized by forming a rubber lining of uniform thickness.

When refilling the rubber lining on the inner surface of the pipe 1 that is currently installed, first apply adhesive to the inner surface of the pipe, and then The rubber lining 2 is inserted into the pipe 1 from the opposite direction of the fluid flow (in the opposite direction of the fluid flow) and installed into the pipe 1. Then, as shown in FIG. is removed through the flanges 1α at both ends, and then a pressurized fluid such as pressurized air is introduced from the pressurizing pipe 6a of the closing member 6,
By press-fitting the rubber lining material 2 to the inner surface of the pipe 1 and maintaining the pressurized state for a certain period of time, the rubber lining material 2 is uniformly and reliably bonded to the inner surface of the pipe 1. Then,
After removing the closing member 4, adhesive is applied to the inner surface of the pipe 1 to which the rubber lining member 2 is not bonded and to the knife-shaped portion 2h of the comb lining material 2, and the rubber lining adapter 5 is attached as shown in FIG. , insert the closing member 4 into the pipe 1, fix the closing member 4 on the pipe 1, and then insert the rubber lining adapter 5 into the tip of the tip of the tip of the rubber lining adapter 5. The knife-shaped parts 2h are overlapped, and as shown in FIG.
so that the inner circumferential surface of the overlapping part is flush with the
Both parts 2 and 5 are integrally joined. By then introducing pressure fluid into the interior via the pressure tube 6a of the closure member 6.

In summary, the present invention provides the following advantages:
To install the rubber lining, first, using the rubber lining material and the rubber lining adapter, first press the rubber lining material under pressure to a part of the inner surface of the piping, then attach the comb lining adapter, also under pressure. By crimping the remaining inner surface of the pipe so that the inner peripheral surface of the joint between the rubber lining material and the rubber lining adapter is flush, an im-lining with a uniform thickness is created over the entire length of the inner surface of the pipe. According to the present invention, (1) the rubber lining can be repaired while the pipe is in its original condition without removing the pipe; can be done.
