の腐食防止のための配管内面へのゴムライニングの施工

具合が発生した場合には、該配管をゴムライニングメー
力工場に持帰り、該工場のゴムライニング施工設備によ
って補修しているのが一般的である。そのため、従来は
補修配管の現場復旧の据付作業に多くの手間を要するば
かりでなく、埋設配管や原子炉格納容器の配管貫通部の
配管等のように、取はすしの困難な個所の配管等の場合
には、ゴムライニングの補修を行なうことができないと

ムライニングアダプターの接合部の内周面が面一となる
ように圧着することにより、配管の内面の全長に亘り、
均一な厚さのゴムライニングを形成することを特徴とす
る配管内面へのゴムライニング施工方法に係るものであ

ゴムライニング材2を配管1の内面に圧着し、その加圧
状態を一定時間保持することにより、ゴムライニング月
2を配管1の内面に均一かつ確実に接着する。ついで、
閉鎖部材4を取りはずしたのち、ゴムライニング月2の
接着されていない配管1の内面及びコ゛ムライニング材
2のナイフェツジ形状部2hに接着剤を塗布し、ゴムラ
イニングアダプター5を第2図に示すように、配管1内
に挿入し、閉鎖部材4を配管1のフシフジ1aK取付は
