    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 現像剤補給部と該現像剤補給部内の補給用現像剤の上面
    の変化に自重で追従する検知部材を備えた現像装置にお
    いて、該現像装置の所定位置からの離隔又は、所定位置
    への設置の動作に連動して前記検知部材を一旦現像剤上
    面より引き離し、再設定し、た後に通常の検知状態に戻
    す手段を設けたことを特徴とする現像装置。
