Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 像担持体上に形成された静電潜像を、現像剤
にて現像すべく該像担持体に対向配設された現像
装置であつて、 現像剤が内部に収容されるハウジングと、 該ハウジングに設けられており、ハウジング内
に収容される現像剤のレベルを検出するレベルセ
ンサーと、 該レベルセンサーの配置位置より下側位置にお
いてハウジングに設けられた現像剤排出口と、 該現像剤排出口を開閉可能に配設され、前記レ
ベルセンサーの検出結果に基づき開閉される開閉
部材と、を具備する現像装置。 ２ 前記開閉部材が、前記レベルセンサーが所定
レベル以上の現像剤を検出する状態では現像剤排
出口を開放し、レベルセンサーが所定レベルの現
像剤を検出する状態では前記現像剤排出口を閉塞
するべく動作される実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
項に記載の現像装置。 ３ 前記開閉部材の開閉動作手段が、ソレノイド
である実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項に記載の現
像装置。
