の一実施例を示す断面図である。
図において1は外箱、2はレーザ発振器、3はレーザ媒
体、4は全反射鏡、5は部分反射鏡、6は冷却液流路、
7は冷却液循環ポンプ、8はレーザ光取り出し窓、9は
レーザ電源、10は湿度センサ、11は湿度検知装置、
12は警報器、13は制御器である。なお図中、同一あ

Claims (1)

外気と隔離する外箱と、冷却液を上記レーザ発振器に導
びく冷却液流路と、冷却液を循環させる冷却液循環ポン
プと、上記外箱の内側に置かれ内部の気体の相対湿度を
検出する湿度センサと、この湿度センサの出力から湿度
の異常を検出し警報信号を出す湿度検知手段と、この湿
度検知手段の出力信号により上記冷却液循環ポンプと上
記レーザ電源を制御する制御器とを備えたことを特徴と
