アン駆動電源、4はエアフイルター、5は高電圧
発生回路、6a,6bは高電圧配線、7はレーザ
発振器、8はレーザ光、9は温度検出手段、10
は温度制御手段。なお、各図中、同一符号は同一
または相当部分を示す。
