Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 先導波路及び先導波路を通過する光に電界を印加して強
    度変調するための電極を有する分岐干渉形光導波路体と
    、分岐干渉形光導波路体の光導波路の入力部に光を加え
    る光源と、分岐干渉形光導波路体の光導波路からの漏洩
    光を取り出す第１の光取出手段と、分岐干渉形光導波路
    体で強度変調された出力光を取り出す第２の光取出手段
    と、これら光取出手段によって取り出される光の強度に
    応じた信号を光源に帰還して光源の出力光の強度を制御
    する手段とで構成されたことを特徴とする光変調装置。
