Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 従来の抵抗運動（ウエートトレーニング）装置は、体力
トレーニングに必要な抵抗力を重量物油圧、バネ、ゴム
、摩擦弊によって与えていたが、これ等は運動中短時間
に抵抗力を変化させ、運動から運動までの一ストローク
間に抵抗力を変化させ、運動を行う者が強く抵抗してい
る状態のものを強制的かつ機械的に行なわぜることが強
くめられていたが、その希望に適するものが出現せず今
日に至りてしまいトレーニング上非常に不都合を感じて
いた。
本発明はこのような不都合を解消し短時間に必要な抵抗
力をスムーズに変化させ個々の体力に合ったトレーニン
グが行なえるようにしたトレーニング装置に関するもの
である。
即ち本発明は、気体を蜜月するシリング−のピストンに
運動者が外力を加えて生ずる圧力を抵抗力として利用し
体力トレーニングを行なうようにしたものである。
以下本発明の構成を図面について説明する。
図中（１）は固定する取付板（２）に取イ」たシリング
ーであって、ピストン（３）を内部に設け、踏板（４）
を一端に設けた連桿（５）をピストン（３）に連結し板
状からなる加圧部（４）の左右動を自在としている。
（６）は気体供給用配管であって、一端をシリング−（
１）に接続し他端をコンプレッサー（又はガスボンベ）
（７）に接続し、中間適位置に圧力計と共に、任意圧力
に合わせておくとシリンダー（１）内の圧力の変化に応
して任意に開閉可能とする調整弁（８）を設けている。
（９）は排気用配管であって、一端をシリンダー（１）
に接続し北端を大気中に開口状とし中間適位置に排気弁
（１０）を設けている。
次に本発明の作用効果について説明する。
使用にあたっては、運動者が着席してからまず調整弁（
８）を開いて適圧となるまでシリンダー（１）内に気体
を供給してから任意圧力にセットしておいた圧力計と連
動する調整弁（８）によって任意圧力に達すると自動的
に供給を停止する。
このようにシリンダー（１）内の圧力が適圧力に準備さ
れると加圧部（４）に足を当て）伸縮運動を行なう。踏
込始めは圧力が低いために楽に出来るが踏込むに従って
シリンダー（１）内の圧力が上昇し、だんだん困ＩＩと
なるもそれに打勝つために更に足を伸ばして行トこのよ
うな伸Ｍ「ｊ動作を繰返えしてトレーニングを行なう。
ただシリンダー（１）の圧力上昇が急なだめに最後まで
足を伸ばすことか出来ないので成る一定の圧力に上昇す
るとそれ以上の圧力は逃し弁（１１）を設けて逃がし成
る時点より一定の圧力に調整し最後まで足が踏込んで伸
ばすことが出来るようにしても良い。
そしてシリンダー（１）内のｊ圧力は）圧力計にてセッ
トした圧力以下になると調整弁（８）が作動して圧力計
にてセットした圧力になるよう気体を供給調整する。
このように足の運動の場合を示したが、トレーニングは
肉体の筋肉の総てに対し行うためそれにふされしい各種
の構造のものが市販されているがどの構造のものにも運
動者がピストンに外力を加えることが出来るようにシリ
ンダーとピストンと加圧部を設ければ良い。
上述の如く本発明は、気体を供給し作動するシリンダー
（１）内のピストン（３）に運動者が加圧部を通して外
力を加えた時にシリンダー（１）内に生ずる圧力を抵抗
力として利用し体力トレーニングを行なうようにしたこ
とによって、抵抗に柔らかさがあり圧力の変更が短時間
で行なえトレーニング者に休みを与えないで連続的に且
スピードトレーニングが出来ると共に、雑音がなく静か
で装置も全体的に軽量化となりあらゆるトレーニングに
利用することが出来る等の特長がある。

  1. 気体を供給し作動可能としたシリング−内のピストンに
    運動者が加圧部を通して外力を加えシリングー内に生ず
    る圧力を抵抗力として体力トレーニングを行なうことを
    特徴とするトレーニング装置。
