間での充分な海苔熟成効を期し難く、海苔質の硬さ如何
によってはその樽梓処理に多くの時間を要し、応々にし
て不充分な熟成状況で次の後処理工程へ給送されている
。殊に、熟成不充分な海苔の乾燥時には、その海苔小片
が反り状に縮み乾燥され、ひいては乾燥海苔に亀裂や孔
明きの如き乾燥破損を惹起せしめることと相成るもので
あった。反面、海苔の熟成を長期間で達成せんとすれば
、海苔製造処理の工程全体の流れを阻害せしめるため、
斯る従来機を2又は3機連設することで対処する要が存
し、その為、必要以上の設置スペースを別途確保しなけ
ればならず、また、設備コストの上昇をも招来するもの
であった。本発明は、斯様な前記諸点に加うるに、海苔
製造作業が外気温や水温の低い時節に行なわれ、これが
充分な海苔熟成効を期し得ない要因ともなることに着眼
して発明したもので、原料タンクへ供給した海苔原料を
洗練様に鍵拝して熟成処理する際に、当該海苔原料を加
温処理せしめ、これにて硬い海苔質の海苔原料に対する
円滑迅速な海苔熟成効の促進に有用に対処せんとしたも
のである。
