するレギュレータ２と、スタータ３と、バッテリ４と、
イグニッション・スイッチ５とを有する自動車等におい
て、メーク接点８１をイグニッション・スイッチ５の始
動接点ＳＴとスタータ３の起動接点３１との間に挿入接
続したリレー８を設け、このリレーのコイル８２をトラ
ンジスタＴ１のコレクタ回路に挿入すると共に、コイル
８２の前記コレクタに接続した側と反対の端子を前記始
動接点ＳＴに接続し、トランジスタＴ１のエミッタをア
ースに接続し、抵抗Ｒ１とダイオードＤ３とコンデンサ
Ｃ２との直列回路の一端９をイグニッション・スイッチ
５の始動接点ＳＴ又はイグニッション接点ＩＧに接続し
、他端１０を前記トランジスタＴ１のエミッタに接続す
ると共に、ダイオードＤ３とコンデンサＣ２の接続点を
抵抗Ｒ２を介してトランジスタＴ１のベースに接続シ、
トランジスタＴ２のコレクタを前記抵抗Ｒ１とダイオー
ドＤ３との接続点１２に、エミッタをアースに、ベース
を前記レギュレータ２のうち、発電機の電圧上昇に伴っ
