Functionally, these proposals can be divided into those with complex mechanisms and those with extremely simple structures. Generally speaking, the former can dispense and dispense an accurate amount of droplets, but are expensive. Due to the complexity of the mechanism, it was difficult to handle, frequently broke down (and was also inconvenient to transport).

Further, as shown in FIG. 3, a lever 13 with a feed pawl 14 attached thereto for rotating the rotating body 6 is pivotally attached to the housing 1, and this lever 13 is normally protruded outward by a spring 15. However, by grasping the liquid reservoir cover 4 which also serves as a gripping part, and pulling the lever 1 with your fingers, the feed claw 14 is moved to the pressure roller 7.
The feed pawl 14, which rotates in contact with the next pressure roller and is always directed upward and biased in the opposite direction, comes into contact with the next pressure roller 1. ,gK
The rotating body 6 with the rotating plate 9 can be rotated by manually operating the lever.

The liquid reservoir 2 is as shown in Fig. 6(a) (a tube-like tube insertion portion 2 with a closed tip is tightly fitted into the main body containing the liquid and cannot be removed). In this case, the closed end portion is opened by cutting through the cutting groove 21, and the tube 6 is inserted through it for use. It has a shape that can be crowned at the tip, and there is no leakage of the liquid between the internal insertion tube and the tube.
Moreover, it is covered with a cap 26 having a built-in porous stopper 22 that allows sufficient air to flow in to prevent the negative pressure inside the liquid reservoir caused by carrying out the liquid.

Then, by grasping the liquid reservoir cover 4 and operating the lever 1 with your fingers, the rotating body 6 of the roller pump rotates, and the pressing roller 7 rotates against the outer wall of the tube held between the tube receiver 5. By pressing N, the liquid inside can be sucked upward and dripped from the discharge port 20. In this case, if the cheep is filled with liquid from the suction l to the discharge port, it is easy to dispense with a few lever operations, but this is the first time use If the discharge port is not filled with liquid, it is necessary to repeatedly operate the lever approximately every minute in order to fill the discharge port with liquid. In such a case, if the nondle pin 10 provided on the rotating plate 9 is held and the rotating body B is continuously rotated, the cheep can be filled with liquid in a short time of ~ seconds.

In addition, since the pressure roller can move on the tube surface in accordance with the amount of rotation thereof, there is no risk of sliding friction of the pressure roller on the tube surface, and this sliding friction can cause tube wear and tube surface damage. There is no problem such as the problem of the cheep being sent in the direction in which the pressing roller follows and eventually breaking the cheep.

(Then, this pressure roller does not slide on the surface of the chevron.) The pressure roller is moved to a closed state, and as this blocked part moves, the suction and discharge of the liquid is completed and accurately. The amount of liquid dripped can be adjusted by both the diameter of the tube) and the stroke of the lever, that is, the rotation angle of the roller pump rotating body in one operation, making it easy to adjust by changing the thickness of the tube. In the apparatus of the present invention, there is no particular restriction on the operating mechanism for rotating the roller pump rotating body. As mentioned above, M9'69, in which the force applied to the lever 13 is transmitted to the suppression roller 7 via the feed pawl 14 and rotated, is superior in that it gives quantitative properties to the drip, and does not have such a structure. For example, C may have a structure in which the inner ring 8 itself is rotated as a drive shaft, and in any case, it is sufficient to have a mechanism capable of relocating the suppressing roller.

The structure of the tube insertion part 2' of the liquid reservoir in the device of the present invention is designed to serve the original purpose of supplying the necessary minimum amount of replacement air to prevent the 9 pressure inside the liquid reservoir that is generated as the liquid is carried out. In addition, there is no leakage even if the device is intentionally or carelessly tipped over or tilted, and the liquid can be used continuously by simply replacing the container. (In cases where contact with dust, oxygen, nitrogen, moisture, etc. is to be avoided as much as possible, intentional contamination of foreign matter, poor quality liquid υ)
It is also extremely advantageous in preventing refills, etc. However, if such measures are not required, open structures 3. i! ! (Depending on the liquid content, the liquid reservoir cover that also serves as a handle may be used as a direct reservoir.Alternatively, a long roller pump and a thin strip can be used to draw out the liquid from the reservoir.) The device of the present invention may be constructed in a state separated from the liquid discharge section.

Of course, materials that are inert to the liquid should be selected and used for the liquid reservoir and the tube, which are the parts that come in contact with liquid, but the tube should be especially resistant to repeated rotations of the roller pump rotating body. It is desirable to use materials that have sufficient resilience and durability.
