回転体の一方の面上で軸対称位置にある２箇所に押圧当
接される一対の制御部材と、それ−ぞれ長腕部と短腕部
を有し、該両腕部の末端が同軸枢支され、長腕部の先端
に前記各制動部材が固着された一対のアームと、該各ア
ームの短腕部に一端が係止し、長腕部先端の制動部材が
前記回転体の面に当接する方向に附勢子るばねとから構
