Conventionally, this type of continuous annealing apparatus for metal wire has a plurality of electrode wheels, and the metal wire is preheated, annealed, cooled and reheated and dried while sequentially running in contact with these electrode wheels. After completing annealing, it is sent to the next process.

These electrode wheels are each driven synchronously to prevent excessive tension from being generated in the metal wire. In other words, the electrode wheels are equipped with a drive device for synchronously driving the electrode wheels and a power supply device for feeding power to the metal wire, so the annealing device becomes larger as the number of electrode wheels increases. At the same time, the manufacturing cost increases. conventionally,
For example, as shown in Figure 1, it has five electrode rings a to e, and its power supply circuit uses two power supplies m and n as shown in Figure 1. The output terminal is connected to the electrode ring via a brush.

Similarly, one output terminal of the power source n is connected to the electrode ring d via a brush. The other output terminals of the power supplies m and n are commonly connected and connected to the electrode rings a, c, and e through brushes, respectively, and are grounded at the same time. Between electrode rings a and c, a preheating section is formed between a and b, a heating section is formed between b and c, a cooling section is formed between Cd, and de
A reheat drying section is constructed between the two. In addition, in the same figure, f
1 is a guide roll for the metal wire g, 2 is a pipe provided in the annealing section, and water vapor or nitrogen gas is supplied from the pipe i to prevent oxidation of the metal wire g running inside during annealing.
J is a cooling pipe provided in the cooling section, and cooling water is supplied from the pipe to cool the metal wire g running inside. The cooled metal wire g is drained by an air wiper 1, but since this alone does not completely drain the water, the wire is reheated and dried by a reheating section. In contrast to the above continuous annealing apparatus for metal wires, a continuous annealing apparatus for metal wires has been proposed in which the number of electrode rings is increased to four.

This device has a preheating section between the first and second electrode rings, a second and third
An annealing section is provided between the third and fourth electrode rings, and a cooling section and a reheating section are provided between the third and fourth electrode rings. However, in this device, either the second electrode ring or the third electrode ring requires an intermediate tap of the power source. For this reason, the power supply becomes complicated and expensive, so there is a problem that even if the number of electrode wheels is reduced by one, the cost of the device as a whole cannot be reduced. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a continuous annealing apparatus for metal wires that solves these problems and reduces the number of electrode wheels, thereby reducing manufacturing costs.

This power source 2 has one output terminal 2a connected to the electrode wheel 4, and the other output terminal 2b commonly connected to the electrode wheels 3 and 5 provided before and after the electrode wheel 4, and is grounded.
In this embodiment, an example has been described in which the power source 2 is an alternating current, but it may also be a direct current, and in the case of a direct current, the negative side is connected to the electrode wheels 3 and 5 and grounded. Between the electrode wheels 3 and 4 is a preheating section 6, and this preheating section 6 is provided with guide rolls 7 and 8 whose mounting positions are variable. An annealing section 1 is located between the electrode ring 4 and the guide roll 9.
2, this annealing section 12 is provided with a vibrator 13, and water vapor or nitrogen gas is supplied from the vibrator 14 and runs inside during annealing. The electric wire 15 is designed not to oxidize. A cooling part 16 is located between the guide rolls 9 and 10, and this cooling part 16 is provided with a cooling vibrator 17. Cooling water is supplied from the vibrator 18 to cool the annealed electric wire 15. The cooled electric wire 15 is drained by an air wiper 19 provided in the cooling section 16. A reheating section 20 is located between the guide roll 10 and the electrode ring 5, and the reheating section 20 is provided with a guide roll 11 whose mounting position is variable, so that the length of the electric wire necessary for reheating can be obtained. There is. The continuous annealing apparatus 1 for metal wires having the above-described mechanism is used to anneal the electric wire 1 to be annealed.
5, three electrode wheels 3, 4, 5 and guide rolls 7, 8, 9
, 10, and 11 in order along the traveling route, all of preheating, annealing, cooling, and reheating can be performed.

To adjust each process, first, the voltage of the power source 2 is adjusted to determine the annealing voltage so that the electric wire 15 that has passed through the preheating section 6 at a predetermined speed reaches the optimum temperature at the end of the annealing section 12. At this time, small fluctuations in the annealing temperature due to changes in the wire speed of the electric wire 15 to be annealed can be adjusted as appropriate by moving the guide rolls 7 and 8 of the preheating section 6 and changing the length of the electric wire 15 of the preheating section 6. j
It will be done. The annealed electric wire 15 is connected to the cooling vibrator 1 of the cooling section 16.
It is cooled by cooling water in 7. cooled electric wire 15
After being drained by an air wiper 19, it is reheated in a reheating section 20 so that moisture is removed. In this case, the reheating temperature of the electric wire 15 does not need to be set strictly as long as moisture is removed, but the cooling vibrator 18 that supplies cooling water
By moving the mounting position up and down and changing the length of the electric wire in the reheating section 20, the reheating temperature can be changed. FIG. 3 shows another embodiment of the continuous annealing apparatus for metal wires of the present invention, in which the electrode ring 21 has two grooves on the electrode circumferential surface, and one groove is used for the electric wire 15 entering the apparatus. The other groove is designed so that an electric wire 15 coming out of the device can be hung.

An insulated guide roll 23 is attached to the shaft of the electrode wheel 22, and is attached to the electrode wheel 22 so that it can rotate freely. The other constituent parts are the same as those in the first embodiment, so the same parts are given the same reference numerals and detailed explanations will be omitted. As explained above, since the continuous annealing apparatus for metal wires of the present invention has a small number of electrode rings, the entire apparatus is compact, and the manufacturing cost of the apparatus is reduced.
