【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は連続走行する帯状の金属基板表面を押出成型加
工によつて樹脂被覆する被覆金属板製造方法に係り、生
産能率の向上を目的とする。

かかる被覆金属板製造方法にあつては樹脂被覆が金属基
板の表裏面及び両側面の4面被覆すべきであるので、逆
行方向に一条の被覆金属板しか得られないものが一般的
であるが、走行速度に制限があるので1台の生産設備で
は生産数量を増大できない欠点があつた。本発明はかか
る欠点に鑑みて為されたもので、以下第1図及び第2図
に示す実施例に従つて説明する。

属板製造方法は、連続走行する帯状の金属基板を走行方
向に切込まれる多条のスリットを介し交互に段差がつく
よう分割し、その状態で連続走行させ押出し成型金型で
スリット端面も含み金属基板に樹脂被覆を被しJて成る
ものであり、1本の金属基板から分割をし、かつ切断端
面をも被覆して多条の被覆金属板を得るものであるので
、1台の製造設備当りの生産能率が向上した。
