Although such a conventional wall panel 1 has a ventilation function through the ventilation openings 7, it does not particularly have a heating function, and the room is only slightly warmed by sunlight shining through the glass window unit 5. be. However, wall panel 1
On the outside of the glass window unit 5, sunlight is abundantly poured into parts other than the glass window unit 5.
Although this is much more than the amount of sunlight that comes in from the sun, the heat from the sun is blocked by the insulation material 4 filled inside the wall panel 1, and there is no rise in indoor temperature. There was the inconvenience of not contributing.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, and it is possible to heat the room by effectively utilizing the sunlight shining on the wall outside the house, and also improve the ventilation function. The purpose is to provide a ventilation device for the exterior wall of the house.

FIG. 2a shows a wall panel 1 using the ventilation device of the present invention, in which a substantially rectangular frame 8 is formed protrudingly on both sides of the glass window unit 5, and the front side of the frame 8 is A glass panel 9 is strung together to form a heat retention/warm panel 10. Fig. 2 shows the structure of the indoor side of the wall panel 1 as described above, and as shown in the figure, rectangular ventilation holes 11 and 12 are opened at the top and bottom of the indoor wall surface, respectively. . Third
Figures A and b show other wall panels 1 to which the same venting device is applied, in which only the device can be attached separately from the glass window unit 5. Figure 4 is A as above.
This is a cross-sectional view taken along line A, and as shown in the figure, wall panel 1
A ventilation box 13 as shown in FIG. 5 is disposed in each of the vent holes 11 and 12 which are opened at the top and bottom of the vehicle. Openings 14, 15, and 16 are provided above, below, and on the sides of the ventilation box 13, respectively, and one of the openings 14, 15, and 16 is provided in the center of the ventilation box 13. A flow path control valve 17 is provided which is closed and allows the other two to communicate. 18 is an operating crank;
By rotating this, the rotating shaft 19 of the flow path control valve 17 is rotationally driven, and the direction in which the air flows is controlled.

First, when the upper opening 14 of the upper ventilation box 13a and the lower opening 15 of the lower ventilation box 13b are closed as shown in FIG.
The cold air enters the heat-insulating panel 10 from the glass panel 9, and its temperature is raised by the sunlight that enters through the glass panel 9, and moves upward within the heat-insulating panel 10. In this way, the temperature is raised,
Move upward within the heat retaining panel 10. The warm air thus heated reaches the upper ventilation box 13a, and the upper ventilation hole 1
It will be reintroduced into the room from 1. There are devices that can heat the interior of a house by effectively utilizing the sunlight that pours into the walls outside the house. Next, the ventilation box 13a, 1

It entered the room through the ventilation hole 12 and the temperature was slightly high. Indoor air is exhausted outdoors through the upper ventilation hole 11. Therefore, compared to the conventional example in which only one ventilation port 7 is provided above the wall surface, ventilation can be performed much more efficiently. A rain catcher 20 prevents rain from entering through the upper ventilation hole 11 during ventilation.

Furthermore, FIG. 4C shows the state of the flow path control valve 17 when neither indoor heating nor ventilation is performed. The air inside the heat insulation panel 10 is allowed to freely circulate with the outside air, so that it can be used in the same condition as the outside wall of a house. Note that the ventilation device of the present invention is preferably installed on the east, south, and west sides of the house in order to utilize sunlight, and the wall panel 1 to which the ventilation device is installed is sufficiently filled with heat insulating material 4 to improve the heat insulation effect. It is desirable to increase the
The present invention is configured as described above, in which ventilation holes leading from the outdoors to the indoors are formed in the upper and lower walls of the exterior wall of the house, and glass is provided on the front surface of the frame that protrudes from the exterior wall of the house so as to include both the upper and lower ventilation holes. Because the panel was covered to form a heat insulation panel,
Cold air from inside the room that enters the insulation panel through the lower ventilation hole is raised in temperature inside the insulation panel, and warm air is circulated indoors through the upper ventilation hole. In addition, in the present invention, openings are provided at the top, bottom, and sides to prevent the indoor temperature from rising excessively due to the sunlight. have,
Close any one of each opening, and close the other two.
A ventilation box that allows two openings to communicate,
The insulation panel is arranged so that its side opening corresponds to the outdoor opening of both the upper and lower ventilation holes provided on the wall outside the house, and the lower opening of the upper ventilation box and the lower opening of the lower ventilation box are respectively connected to the insulation panel. Since the opening is opened to the outside of the heat insulation panel, and the remaining openings are opened to the inside of the heat insulation panel, heating and ventilation of the room can be arbitrarily selected.
Therefore, it has the advantage of being able to easily adjust the temperature inside the room, and especially when performing ventilation, outdoor air is introduced into the room through one vent and conversely, indoor air is brought in through the other vent. It can be vented outdoors, thus providing very efficient ventilation.

Furthermore, a flow path control valve is provided in the ventilation box having upper, lower, and side openings, and is capable of closing one of the openings and opening the other two openings for communication. is rotatably supported on a shaft so that one opening to be blocked can be selected by the rotatable flow control valve, and the side opening of the ventilation box is connected to both the upper and lower ventilation holes provided on the outside wall of the house. The upper opening of the upper ventilation box and the lower opening of the lower ventilation box are each opened to the outside of the heat insulation panel, and the remaining openings are opened to the inside of the heat insulation panel. To change the flow of air inside the insulation panel to indoor heating, indoor ventilation, or neither heating nor ventilation, simply rotate the flow control valves in the upper and lower ventilation boxes. This has the effect of allowing you to switch between three functions with simple operations. Moreover, since one opening is always blocked,
This has the advantage that there is no mixing of air from unnecessary flow paths, and only the necessary functions can be effectively exhibited.
