晶表示装置において、ヒータ電極の両端の電極取り出し
部間の発熱体部が、中央の開口率の大きい主発熱部と、
前記電極取り出し部と主発熱部との間に形成される開口
率が主発熱部より低い境界面部とから晟ることを特徴と
