Claims (1)
もに、所定回転方向に付勢されたドラム６と、該ドラム
６に巻回され繰り出し部が前記ケース２の案内口から外
方に配置された長尺状部材８と、前記ドラム６と連動し
て回転すべく前記ケース２に回転自在に配置されたエン
コ、＝ダ板３０と、前記エンコーダ板３０の信号を検出
する前記ケース２に配設された検出器３２と、該検出器
３２の検出信号に基いて、前記長尺状部材８の移動量を
ディジタル信号に変換する電子回路と、該電子回路の出
力をディジタルに表示する表示器４４とから成ることを
