To explain the embodiment of the present invention shown in the drawings, tilting parts 2, 2 fixed to the ground or floor 1 in a gate shape are provided, guides 3, 3 are arranged between the guides 2, 2, and the guides 3, 3 are arranged between the guides 2, 2. A guide roller 8 provided on the outside is slidably fitted into the fixed guides 2, 2 to support the guides 3, 3 so as to be movable up and down along the fixed guides 2, 2. These vertically movable guides 3, 3 are formed by a pair of U-shaped guide grooves facing each other (Fig. 3), and have a communicating inclined groove 3' at the upper part of the U-shape, and the upper and lower ends of the groove 3' are opposite to each other. Stop doors 9, 9' are provided. A lattice-shaped tilting screen 4 is installed between the guides 3, 3 on one side of the liftable guides 3, 3. This screen 4 is made by pulling and stretching several piano wires or rustless copper wires 4' in the vertical direction inside a rectangular frame 4'' to form a lattice rod.Gate-shaped fixed guides 2, 2 Horizontal rotation axes 10, 10', 1
' is supported on a common axis, and between coaxial 10 and 10' and 1
An idler box 11, 11 is interposed between 0' and 1', and a forward/reverse rotating motor 12 is provided at one end. Each of the machine cases 11, 11 has a built-in female screw for raising and lowering the spindle, and the female screw is screwed into a spiral formed on the upper part of the spindle 6 disposed on the tilting side of the screen 9, and a bevel gear provided on the female screw. and the bevel gears provided on the rotating shafts 10, 10', 10''.
By interlocking them within 11, a lifting device 7 for raising and lowering the spindles 6, 6 simultaneously can be formed. Guide rollers 13 provided at one end and the middle of an L-shaped comb-shaped parallel scraper 5 disposed on the tilted side of the screen 4 are slidably fitted into the liftable guides 3, 3. Upper fitting 5
The lower ends of the spindles 6, 6 are freely connected to each other by a pin 14. In the figure, 15 indicates a waste collection gutter provided on the ground or floor surface 1, 16 indicates a waste guide pivotally supported on the gutter 15, 17 indicates a traction spring for the guide, and 18 indicates a waste collection gutter provided at the tip of the outer scraper 5. Roller for pushing open dirt guide,
Reference numeral 19 indicates a link between the movable guides 3, 3, and 20 indicates locking fittings or screws at both ends of the towing piano wire or the towing rustless copper wire 4''.Therefore, the upper ground of the waterway 25 or the floor surface 1 of the cleaning boat A movable guide 3, which can be raised and lowered along the gate-shaped fixed guide 2,
3 is lowered from the position shown in FIG. 3 to the position shown in FIG. 4 and supported in that position by the bolt 26, and then when the prime mover 12 is started, the spindles 6, 6 are lowered and the scraper is moved to the position shown in solid line in FIG. 5 goes down. As it descends, the upper tool 5
The tip of the lattice screen 4 retreats to the tilted side (left side) as shown in the imaginary line shown in the middle of FIG. Or, as shown by the solid line in FIG. 3, the tip of the scraper 5 is guided by the U-shaped bottoms of the guides 3, 3 and advances from the tilted side of the lattice screen 4 to the opposite side (from the left to the right). Then, the limit switch causes the prime mover 12 to reverse and the spindles 6, 6 to rise, and the raking tool 5 to rise to the position shown by the solid line in Figure 4 while maintaining this state, and the filth or sea surface flowing down the waterway 25 in the direction of arrow a. The floating objects are scraped upward (by the movement of the cleaning boat, in the opposite direction to arrow a), and the spindles 6, 6 are lowered by normal rotation of the prime mover 12 by the limit switch.
As the tip of the scraping tool 5 moves back to the left as it descends, the dirt on the scraping tool 5 is blocked by the screen 4, descends along the screen 4, and is collected in the collection gutter 15, and is then collected in the collection gutter 15 in the same manner as described above. An action is something that is repeated. After completing the cleaning work using the screen 4 and the scraper 5, remove the bolts 26 and remove the scraper 5 and the lowered guides 3, 3. By fixing the guides 3, 3 with bolts etc. (not shown) and raising the spindles 6, 6, the same guides 3, 3 in the position shown in FIG. The guides 2 and 3 are raised to the position shown in FIG. 2, and both guides 2 and 3 are fixed with bolts or the like (not shown), and the guides 3 and 3 are housed within the fixed guides 2 and 2. Since the present invention is configured as described above, there is no need to provide a rotating object underwater, and the lifting spindle 6
, 6, not only can a very simple dust remover be obtained, but also the lattice screen 4 can be stored on the ground or above the floor 1 of the cleaning boat when not in use, preventing obstruction of the waterway 25 or cleaning boat. It does not obstruct navigation and can be easily installed in extremely narrow waterways.

In addition, since the screen 4 is tilted, floating objects flowing down from the direction of arrow a tend to rise in the direction in which the screen 4 is tilted, assisted by the water flow, and are scraped by the tip of the scraper 5 rising from below. The tip of the upper tool 5'' makes it easy to scrape up, and since it is supported by the top surface of the tilting screen 4 and slides upward, the rate of fall of the scraper is small, and the tip of the upper tool 5 touches the screen 4. Since the raking tool 5 descends on the tilted side of the screen 4, there is no risk of raking down the floating objects blocked by the screen 4, and the raking efficiency can be improved.Furthermore, when the raking tool 5 reaches the highest position and descends, Since the tip of the scraping upper tool 5 is rotated downward, it retreats to the tilting side of the screen 4.
There is no risk of the scraped matter (filth, sea surface floating debris, etc.) being drawn into the gaps between the screens 4, and therefore the scraped matter can be smoothly lowered along the screen 4 without clogging the screen 4, improving the collection rate. There is something to be gained. In particular, it has the feature that recently floating objects such as plastic bags can be collected reliably and smoothly without clogging the screen gaps. In addition, since the screen 4 is tilted, floating objects flowing down from the direction of arrow a tend to rise in the direction in which the screen 4 is tilted, assisted by the water flow, and are scraped by the tip of the scraper 5 rising from below. Since it is easy to raise and is supported by the upper surface of the tilting screen 4 and slides upward, the falling rate of the scraped material is small, and since the tip of the scraper 5 descends on the tilted side of the screen 4, it is blocked by the screen 4. This has the effect of improving the raking efficiency since there is no risk of raking down the suspended matter.
