図は本考案の一実施例としての車両用オートクルーズ制
御装置について示すもので、第１図はそのアクセルペダ
ルを示す側面図、第２図はブロック図、第３図はその作
用を示す流れ図、第４図はその作用を示すグラフである
。 １・・・車速センサ、２・・・設定車速設定器、３・・
・アクセルペダル位置センサ、４・・・アクセルペダル
、５・・・オートクルーズ機構、減速時定速走行解除機
構および加速時定速走行解除機構を兼ねそなえるコンピ
ュータ、６・・−燃料供給機構（インジェクタ　、　。 等）。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 車両において、エンジンの燃料供給機構における最少燃
    料量供給位置と最多燃料量供給位置との間の第１の位置
    およびこの第１の位置より燃料供給量の多い第２の位置
    にそれぞれ保持されうる係止機構付きアクセルペダルを
    そなえ、同ア゛クセルペダルの作用位置を検出するアク
    セルペダル位置センサと、同アクセルペダル位置センサ
    からのアクセルペダル作用位置検出信号に応じて定速走
    行を維持しうるオートクルーズ機構とをそなえ、同オー
    トクルーズ機構に、定速走行時において上記アクセルペ
    ダル位置センサの検出したアクセルペ゛″　　ダル作用
    位置が上記の第１および第２の位置の間にあるときに、
    上記アクセルペダル作用位置検出信号によらず定速走行
    を維持する定速維持手段が設けられるとともに、上記ア
    クセルペダル位置センサの検出したアクセルペダル作用
    位置が上記第１の位置より燃料供給量の少ない作用位置
    である場合に、上記オートクルーズ機構の定速走行維持
    機能を解除する減速時定速走行解除機構が設けられたこ
    とを特徴とする、車両用オートクルーズ制御装置。
