であつて、振動板全体の体積や重量の増加を招くことな
く、ボイスコイルボビンが接続される振動板のスキン層
を効果的に補強して、振動板とボイスコイルボビンとの
接続の安定化を図るようにしたものを提供しようとする
ものである。

スピーカにおいて、その前面スキン層3のボイスコイル
ボビン接続箇所を、その前面スキン層3の内側から前記
補強層12によつて前述同様に補強するように構成した
ものである。

接続の安定化を図り、信頼性を著しく向上出来る。しか
も本発明によれば、特に、補強層をスキン層とコアとの
間に設けられている接着剤層等の中に埋設するものであ
るから、振動板全板の体積や重量の増加を招くことがな
い。即ち、例えば補強層をスキン層の外側に接着剤層を
介して接着した場合には、その補強層及び接着剤層の体
積や重量がそのまま振動板全体の体積や重量の増加にな
る上に外観体裁も悪くなる。しかるに本発明の如く、ス
キン層とコアとの間の接着剤層等の中に補強層を埋設す
る場合は、当然補強層の体積に相当する体積の接着剤層
を排除して埋設することになるので、振動板全体の体積
や重量が増加することがない。そして本発明によれば、
振動板全体の体積や重量が増加しないので、スピーカの
感度を低下させることがない。また補強層が接着剤層等
の中に埋設されているから、振動板の外観体裁も非常に
良い。
