Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 円筒形のコイルの中心部に対向斜面を平行な円錐形に形
    成した固定鉄心と可動鉄心とを配置し、上記コイルに供
    給する入力電気量に対し上記可動鉄心のストロークが比
    例関係を有する電磁駆動体と、制御通路内に設けた少な
    （とも１個のシート部にそれぞれ対向する円錐形の流量
    制御弁をもつ出力軸の一端を上記可動鉄心に取付けると
    共に、上記出力軸の上記流量制御弁を上記シート部を閉
    止させる方向に押すコイル状のスプリングを上記出力軸
    の端部に設置した流量制御機構とを備えた比例形電磁弁
    において、上記可動鉄心の上記出力軸とは反対側に上記
    出力軸の上記流量制御弁を開弁させる方向に作用し上記
    流量制御弁が閉止している状態で上記コイル状のスプリ
    ングのセット荷重とほぼ等しいセット荷重に設定された
    第２のスプリングを設置すると共に、上記第２のスプリ
    ングのばね定数を上記コイル状のスプリングのばね定数
    の１／２〜１／１０の値に設定し上記流量制御弁を変形
    円錐状に設定し形成してなることを特徴とする比例形電
    磁弁。
