In other words, this is due to the fact that the board is thick, so traces of the joint of the fixing shaft remain on the surface in a convex shape, and the Moyo transfer process has extremely little wall thickness flow on the thin board, making the mold resistant to compression. A load exceeding the strength is applied, causing damage, and the required height is not transferred.

The present invention eliminates such drawbacks, and its purpose is to reduce the compressive load applied to the mold by applying drawing processing and utilizing high pressure of liquid, and by making the load uniform, it is possible to transfer moyo to the thin plate. This made it easier.

The method for manufacturing a watch dial of the present invention is based on the diameter of the inner circumferential surface of a die tapered press-fitted into a reinforcing ring for processing a thin plate-like watch dial and the fitting surface of a knockout that fits into this inner circumferential surface. A plurality of ring-shaped packings are disposed between the directions, and a step provided on the outer circumferential surface of the tip portion of the punch inserted into the inner circumferential surface of the die is set to be smaller than the thickness of the workpiece material,
After this, liquid is injected into the die, the workpiece on which the moyo is to be transferred is set, and the punch is lowered to squeeze the workpiece into a cup shape, and at the same time, the side wall of the workpiece is sandwiched between the punch and die. It is characterized in that it is transferred onto the top surface of the workpiece and the top surface provided in advance on the bottom surface of the punch.

[Operation] By providing a plurality of ring-shaped packings radially between the inner circumferential surface of the die and the mating surface of the knockout that fits into this inner circumferential surface, the inner circumferential surface of the die and the knockout fit together. This increases the degree of sealing between the die and the die, and when liquid is poured into the die or when high pressure is generated when the punch descends, the liquid will not leak out from the inner peripheral surface of the tie and the knockout fitting surface.

After filling this die with water, a workpiece, which is the raw material for a watch dial, is set on top of the water. Next, a punch is lowered from a press machine, etc. within the inner peripheral surface of the die from above the workpiece, and when the lower surface of the punch presses the surface of the workpiece, a compressive force is applied to the liquid, and the reaction force causes the workpiece to The outer circumferential portion enters a step between the inner circumferential surface of the tie and the outer circumferential surface of the tip of the punch to form a side wall and is narrowed into a cup shape. Furthermore, when downward pressure is applied to the punch, the side wall tries to forcefully enter the step between the inner circumferential surface of the die and the outer circumferential surface of the tip of the punch, increasing the degree of sealing in this area, and causing the smudges on the bottom of the punch to fall onto the surface of the workpiece. will be accurately transcribed. The above transfer uses the reaction force of liquid in a closed space, so
The shape of the bottom surface of the punch is accurately transferred, its height can be set freely in practice, and it is suitable for transfer onto thin plate materials. [Example] Fig. 4 shows a manufacturing method based on the present invention, in which 5-a is a die tapered press-fitted into the reinforcing ring 6, and 7 is the aforementioned die 5-a.
A knockout that fits into a and minimizes this fitting dimension,
A plurality of ring-shaped rubber packings 8 are inserted into the groove provided between the die 5-a1 knockout 7.

A liquid 10 such as water or oil is poured into this to fill it. After this, a guide plate 9 is fixed to the upper surface of the die 5-a with screws or adhesive.
For the inner guide section, plastic, brass, nickel silver, aluminum, beryllium, phosphor bronze, carbon steel, stainless steel,
Set the outer shape of the work material 1-a such as gold or silver, and place it between the inner peripheral surface of the tie 5-a and make the outer peripheral surface of the tip part with a step smaller than the plate thickness of the work material 1-a. is set, and the punch 4-a, which has a pattern 4'' 1a added to its lower surface, is lowered by the breath mechanism. This narrows the workpiece 1-a, and the inner peripheral surface of the die 5-a and the punch 4-a are lowered. Step 11 on the outer peripheral surface
The workpiece 1-a is sandwiched between the two and squeezed into a cup shape to create a sealed state. When the punch 4-a further descends, the liquid pressure increases, and at this time, the pattern 4'' added to the bottom surface of the punch 4-a
-a is transferred onto the upper surface of the workpiece 1-a. This is the state shown in FIG. Thereafter, the outer shape shown in FIG. 3 is punched out to obtain a clock dial 2-a. If the shaft for fixing the dial plate is required for the completed dial plate, one side is cut as shown in Fig. 5, and a disk-shaped workpiece 1-b is provided with a positioning reference.
After joining the fixing shaft 12 by welding, brazing, etc., the clock dial plate 2 with fixed shaft is processed as shown in FIG. 7 using a brace device as shown in FIG. -b.

If a needle hole, date, and day of the week window are required, make a hole 4''-b in the punch 4-c as shown in Fig. 8, and then process it in the same manner as shown in Fig. 4. , day, and day of the week windows are processed, and as shown in Figure 9, the clock dial plate 2 has needle holes and day of the week windows.

That is, high pressure is instantaneously applied to the liquid 10 surrounded by the punch 4-c, die 5-a, knockout 7, and rubber packing 8. Therefore, the workpiece 1 is in close contact with the punch 4-c, and the pressure of the liquid 10 causes the workpiece 1 to vent gas 13 through the hole 4''-b provided in the punch 4-c, and the gas is released to the outside. Furthermore, if convex indexes, abbreviations, and letters are required, after providing the indexes, abbreviations, and letters as in the concave portion 4''-c on the punch 4-d as shown in Fig. 10, When processed in the same manner as shown in FIG. 4, a watch dial 2-d with convex portions 2''-d for indexes, abbreviations, letters, etc., as shown in FIG. 11 will be obtained. In this case, the dial side becomes a recess. [Effects of the Invention] As described above, according to the present invention, the die is tapered press-fitted into the reinforcing ring, thereby preventing deformation of the die in the radial direction and reinforcing the reinforcing ring. Airtightness between the die and the knockout is enhanced by a plurality of ring-shaped packings attached to the surfaces of the die and the knockout.

In addition, since the die and the outer circumferential surface of the punch are fitted at the top of the step provided on the outer circumferential surface of the tip of the punch, the squeezed workpiece is not narrowed above the step, and the inner circumferential surface of the die Due to the extremely strong pressure contact between the knockout and the workpiece, together with the ring-shaped packing mentioned above, the sealing between the knockout and the workpiece is improved and a high pressure is obtained. Since the applied load is made uniform, the life of the mold can be significantly improved. In addition, it can be applied to various types of dials, such as those with fixed shafts, needle holes, day, day of the week, convex indexes, abbreviations, and letters, by simply replacing the punch, and any combination is possible. There are devices and manufacturing methods that are extremely mass-producible, including pattern transfer.
