PURPOSE:To provide a titled device which enables inline treatment of a short- sized crop and lessens manpower by the constitution in which the cut billet and short-sized crop are quickly moved by utilizing a self-traveling transfer type table and are transferred to a conveying table. CONSTITUTION:A travel table 7 provided with a lifting table 5 which is risen by a lifting cylinder 6 and supports a billet 3 under cutting is moved by means of a driving device 13 and a driving wheel 9 between front and rear tables 4 and 11 of a cutting machine in synchronization with the billet 3 with a treating device for billet which cuts the continuous casting billet 3 with a cutting torch 1. The table 7 is quickly moved upon ending of cutting to move the billet 3 or crop to the table 11 then a driving device 16 for rollers is actuated to eject the billet or crop. The short-sized crop is further pushed out in the direction perpendicular to the advancing direction of the billet 3 by a pusher 14 and is transferred onto the skid table 15 alongside the line. 断する場合と、1m程度のクロップを切断する場合に、
切断機後面に設けた移動テーブルを利用し、かつこのテ
ーブル自身及びローラを自走型にする事により、鋳片あ
るいは短いクロップを搬送テーブル上に移す事が可能と
なり、クロップの方は直ちにクロスコンベア等を用いて
テーブルからライン外に搬出出来る機構にし、省力化を
図る事を特徴とする鋳片処理装置を提供せんとするもの
である。
